Wertelogix dashboard displaying automated portfolio analytics
Feature Overview

Every feature built to remove guesswork from your portfolio

Wertelogix combines automated data collection, plain-language logic, and transparent reporting so you always know what's happening with your holdings — without spending hours parsing spreadsheets.

All screens and figures referenced on this page are illustrative examples of platform functionality.

What Wertelogix actually does

Four pillars make up the platform. Each one is designed to work independently, so you can rely on as much or as little automation as you're comfortable with.

01 / Data Aggregation

Consolidated view across accounts

Instead of logging into multiple platforms to piece together your financial picture, Wertelogix pulls positions, balances, and transaction history into a single organized feed. Data refreshes on a scheduled basis so the view you see reflects recent activity, not a stale snapshot.

Data formatNormalized feed
02 / Rule-Based Alerts

Notifications you set, not noise you ignore

Alerts in Wertelogix are configured around thresholds you define — allocation drift, price movement, or activity flags. Because the logic is rule-based rather than a generic push notification, each alert includes the specific condition that triggered it.

03 / Plain-Language Reporting

Reports that explain, not just display

Rather than a wall of raw numbers, summary reports include short written context describing what changed and why it might matter. The goal is to reduce the interpretation burden, particularly for anyone without a finance background.

04 / Audit Trail & History

A record of what was shown, when

Every alert, report, and data pull is timestamped and retained, so you can look back at what the system flagged and compare it against what actually happened. This history is also what powers the transparency log described below.

Nothing runs behind a black curtain

A common complaint with automated tools is that users can't tell why a recommendation appeared. Wertelogix is built around the opposite principle: every output is traceable to a visible rule.

  • Rule visibilitySee the exact condition that triggered any alert or flag.
  • Editable thresholdsAdjust sensitivity yourself instead of relying on a fixed default.
  • Change logReview a history of what the platform surfaced over time.
  • No hidden scoringNo proprietary "black box" score without an explanation attached.
Our commitment: if Wertelogix shows you something, we aim to show you why — in language that doesn't require a finance degree to follow.

How each feature fits into daily use

Expand each item below for a closer look at what's included and how it's meant to be used in practice.

Portfolio Overview Dashboard

The dashboard is the default landing view after sign-in. It surfaces aggregated balances, recent changes, and any active alerts in one screen, organized by account and asset type. The intent is to give a fast "state of things" read without requiring you to dig through several tabs.

Benefit: One consolidated screen instead of switching between multiple account logins.
Custom Alert Rules

You define the conditions that matter to you — for example, a percentage move in allocation or a balance threshold — and Wertelogix monitors for those conditions on the scheduled refresh cycle. Rules can be edited or paused at any time.

Benefit: Attention goes only to conditions you actually care about, not generic noise.
Scheduled Summary Reports

Reports can be configured to arrive on a schedule (e.g., weekly or monthly) and include a written summary alongside the underlying figures. Historical reports remain accessible for comparison against later periods.

Benefit: A regular checkpoint without needing to remember to log in and check manually.
Transparency & Audit Log

Every alert or report generated by the platform is logged with a timestamp and the triggering rule. This log can be searched or exported, giving you a record to refer back to if you want to understand a past notification.

Benefit: Full traceability — no output appears without a visible, reviewable reason.
Multi-Account Linking

Connect several accounts to build a single aggregated view. Each linked source is displayed separately within the dashboard as well, so you can drill into one account or view everything together.

Benefit: Fewer logins and less manual reconciliation between platforms.

From sign-up to your first report

Setting up Wertelogix follows a short, linear process. Here's what to expect.

Step 1

Create your account

Sign up and confirm your access, then arrive at an empty dashboard ready for configuration.

Step 2

Link your accounts

Connect the accounts you want tracked. Data begins syncing on the scheduled cadence shortly after.

Step 3

Set your rules

Configure alert thresholds and report frequency to match how closely you want to be kept informed.

A note on data handling: account linking relies on standard authentication methods for the sources you connect. Review our Privacy Policy for details on how information is stored and used.
